 Blissful Beginnings: A message from Lorraine
I have always taped happy reminders and positive affirmations up around my house. They help me notice when I’m thinking negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. And, it feels good to see happy words and phrases around my home and office. The words that we see, think and speak have a profound impact on the way that we feel.
The idea for blisscals was inspired by my dear friend, Marcelle, who taking advantage of the thick layer of dust on my car wrote ALL IS WELL in big letters across the rear window. It was so fun to see that message on my car and it felt GREAT to read it while I was driving! Every time I started to worry about something (being late or how I was going to get something done) I would look in the rear view mirror and see ALL IS WELL. It made me smile. I would instinctively take a deep breath and remember that ALL WAS WELL!
Eventually I washed our car and created a simple decal that I taped on the rear window to replace the words that had been there. Soon I found myself experimenting with different phrases to see how they felt to read while I was driving. All of the phrases on blisscals have been selected based on their ability to make you FEEL GOOD when you read them. (If you haven’t already, read An affirmation Works When it Feels Good to Think It) Of course, everyone is different. Experiment with different phrases and see which ones make you feel the best.
I would like to express my appreciation to Esther and Jerry Hicks and to Abraham who’s teachings on the Law of Attraction have profoundly influenced my life and whose words have inspired many of the phrases on our products.
My intention for our products is that they will bring more joy into your life and into the lives of those around you. Creating Bliss……. one thought at a time.
